My wife and I are both retired and over 67, and we wanted to target walleye since they’re our favorite to eat. It had also been more than 30 years since our last trip to Canada, so this one meant a lot to us. Captain David’s experience showed right away. We were into fish almost immediately. On the first day, we limited out on 3 to 7 pound walleyes in about two hours. The bite was steady and a lot of fun. Day two was just as good. We had our limits of 3 to 5 pound walleyes in under two hours, with nonstop action again. We truly enjoyed our time on the water with Captain David. His knowledge of the lake and ability to stay on fish were obvious throughout the trip. We honestly don’t think it could have gone any better. We’re already planning another trip next year and highly recommend End Of The Line Sportfishing to anyone looking for a great walleye experience.

My stepdad is the primary caregiver for my mom, who is currently battling cancer, and he rarely takes time for himself even though fishing is something he truly loves. For Father’s Day, my siblings and I surprised him with a 5 hour fishing trip with End of the Line Charters in Buffalo, and it turned out to be the perfect gift. Captain David Laven was outstanding from start to finish. He worked closely with me to help plan the surprise and made the whole process easy. My stepdad and his friend had an excellent day on the water. Captain Dave knew exactly where to put them on fish, and both anglers caught their limits. He even cleaned and packaged the fish so they could take everything home ready to enjoy. It was a well-deserved day of relaxation and happiness for two hardworking men. We’re incredibly thankful for the experience and would highly recommend End of the Line Charters to anyone looking for a professional, well-run fishing trip with great results.

Capt. David was a true pro, put us on a four man limit of larger than average walleye! He was pleasant professional and willing to share his knowledge and describe tactics. Boat was great, large clean and well kept. I'll definitely book again!

My wife and I booked an 8 hour Lake Erie trip with Captain David, and it couldn’t have gone better. David is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to spend the day with. He runs a smooth operation and makes sure every minute on the water is used well. We went into the trip understanding that fishing can be unpredictable, so we had no set expectations. Captain David quickly put us on walleye, and before we knew it, we had our limit in the boat. When we returned to the dock, he filleted, cleaned, and packaged our fish while we stepped up to the marina restaurant for a quick drink, which was a nice touch. We highly recommend Captain David and End of the Line. We’re already hoping to come back and fish with him again on Lake Erie or possibly Lake Ontario in the future.
