We had a great experience out on Lake Ontario with Captain Dave. His expertise of the fishery was clear and he worked hard to manage the boat and keep us on the fish. We ended with 5 keepers and lost a few others. I would recommend this trip.

Captain David was fantastic! He took the time to show us around Lake Ontario and worked hard to put us on fish. Thanks to his experience, we found some great spots and landed several impressive King Salmon throughout the trip. What made the experience even more memorable was how patient and accommodating he was with my dad, who was visiting from another country and speaks very little English. Captain David made sure he felt comfortable and included the entire time, which meant a lot to our family. We had an amazing day on the water, caught some beautiful fish, and created memories that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend Captain David to anyone looking for a great fishing charter, and I’m already looking forward to booking another trip with him in the future.

I’ve been on many fishing charters across the country, and Captain Dave stands out as one of the friendliest captains I’ve ever fished with. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and made everyone feel comfortable from start to finish. That alone made the trip memorable, but the fishing was outstanding as well. This was easily one of the best charter experiences I’ve had. We reached our salmon limit by noon, and the action was steady throughout the morning. Captain Dave’s experience and dedication were clear every step of the way. The boat was clean, the equipment was top-notch, and everything was well organized. Overall, it was an incredible day on the water, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Captain Dave to anyone looking for a great fishing trip.

My wife and I are both retired and over 67, and we wanted to target walleye since they’re our favorite to eat. It had also been more than 30 years since our last trip to Canada, so this one meant a lot to us. Captain David’s experience showed right away. We were into fish almost immediately. On the first day, we limited out on 3 to 7 pound walleyes in about two hours. The bite was steady and a lot of fun. Day two was just as good. We had our limits of 3 to 5 pound walleyes in under two hours, with nonstop action again. We truly enjoyed our time on the water with Captain David. His knowledge of the lake and ability to stay on fish were obvious throughout the trip. We honestly don’t think it could have gone any better. We’re already planning another trip next year and highly recommend End Of The Line Sportfishing to anyone looking for a great walleye experience.

My stepdad is the primary caregiver for my mom, who is currently battling cancer, and he rarely takes time for himself even though fishing is something he truly loves. For Father’s Day, my siblings and I surprised him with a 5 hour fishing trip with End of the Line Charters in Buffalo, and it turned out to be the perfect gift. Captain David Laven was outstanding from start to finish. He worked closely with me to help plan the surprise and made the whole process easy. My stepdad and his friend had an excellent day on the water. Captain Dave knew exactly where to put them on fish, and both anglers caught their limits. He even cleaned and packaged the fish so they could take everything home ready to enjoy. It was a well-deserved day of relaxation and happiness for two hardworking men. We’re incredibly thankful for the experience and would highly recommend End of the Line Charters to anyone looking for a professional, well-run fishing trip with great results.

Capt. David was a true pro, put us on a four man limit of larger than average walleye! He was pleasant professional and willing to share his knowledge and describe tactics. Boat was great, large clean and well kept. I'll definitely book again!
